We are registered and bonded in Fresno County, with a $25,000 bond filed with the County Recorder-- we are a legitimate company that provides a valuable service.
We do not offer legal counsel and cannot give legal advice or represent you in court, but we can, and will, help prepare, file and serve your eviction documents to get your rental property as soon as possible. We understand that time is money, and we won't ask you to waste either one!

T. Ross Consulting, UDA offers both residential and commercial eviction document preparation services at a reasonable price.
We offer the following services:
Residential Evictions: $350
Commercial Evictions: $550
All documents are prepared and filed in "Pro Per" meaning you represent yourself in the court process, and therefore we are limited to preparing documents for individuals, partnerships, trustees and assignees. All other types of clients would probably require an attorney to represent them in court proceedings. If you are not an individual and require an attorney to appear on your behalf, please conact us and we will be glad to assist you for an additional cost.
